How should the homeowner prepare for the photoshoot?

What about inclement weather?

Grey skies are not a problem. We will photoshop a blue sky into every photo that needs it at no additional expense. Rain/snow may or may not be problematic. If we are unable to photograph exteriors due to weather, we will be in touch to find another time to come back to capture the exteriors. 

How will my images be delivered?

You will an email the following day with a download link. This email will also include the invoice, which is due upon delivery.

Do you have a reschedule / cancellation fee?

We understand that things sometimes happen that are beyond your control. We do not charge a fee for this unless it’s within 24 hours of the appointment time. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment time, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. Please let us know right away if you must reschedule or cancel your appointment.

How long will the photoshoot take?

It depends on the package and square footage, but a 2000 sq.ft. house will take about an hour for 30-35 photos, 30 minutes for a Zillow 3D tour and about an hour for a Matterport 3D tour. 

Does the photographer move items or do any staging?

We do not do any staging. If there are a few obvious, small items that are out of place, we will be happy to move them out of the way to make a better photo! Please refer back to our “Prepare your home for real estate photography” checklist to make sure the property is photo ready.

What is the turnaround time to get my photos back?

Most photos are delivered the next business day. However, we guarantee a 48 hour delivery.
